The US presidential Advisor on national security ridiculed the speech of the dictator of Venezuela.
Advisor to the President for national security John Bolton made fun of the dictator of Venezuela, Nicolas Maduro, on whose performance the lights went out.
"For the mafia Maduro in Venezuela entered a period of "lights out," wrote Bolton in Twitter.

He posted a link to video performance of Maduro, on which the light first flickered and then went out, forcing the Venezuelan President to suspend it.
Blackouts have become frequent in Venezuela amid an economic crisis.
