The head of state instructed the government to prepare an exhaustive list of documents that small and medium businesses must provide to state agencies for reporting. According to him, it is necessary that "some officials will not be tempted with a different sort of departmental instructions and orders, that is, sly loading the business and to introduce new forms of accountability".
In addition, according to the President, you should allow the SMEs together with the regulatory authorities to place information about inspections in the appropriate registers.
Putin also urged to increase the volume of purchases for state-owned companies from small and medium-sized businesses.
"Now corporations small and medium enterprises together with the business will take the following height: by 2024 to increase the volume of procurement of up to five trillion rubles. It is quite achievable result," he concluded.
