Russia has proposed candidates for observers for the presidential elections in the OSCE mission will not be registered, said the Minister of foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin.
"I believe this issue has been resolved... Russian observers here will not be", — transfers words of the Minister Interfax-Ukraine.
According to klimkina, for this decision there is a "political, legal and moral basis".
Earlier it was reported that the Office for democratic institutions and human rights (ODIHR) of the OSCE sent to Ukraine's Central election Commission a list of candidates to the observers in the presidential elections, including 24 candidates proposed by Russia.
We will remind, the Central electoral Commission has informed that has registered 683 official international observer for the presidential elections in the country.
